Welcome to BYTE
BYTE stands for Brush Your Teeth Every day.
Dental disease is the most common preventable disease. Tooth brushing helps prevent tooth decay and unhealthy gums. The Ministry of Health recommends everyone brushes their teeth twice daily for two minutes with fluoride toothpaste and spit, but do not rinse following. Around half of New Zealanders do not do this.

Help provide BYTE packs
The BYTE Charitable Trust has provided about 20,000 free toothbrush and toothpaste packs to communities and groups in need since 2012. BYTE has developed a partnership scheme which allows a single business or individual to team up with a social agency that is seeking BYTE packs for the at-need groups they see.
If your business or practice would like to partner with a social agency/ school/ church / health group that supports people then register your interest.
If you would like to support the BYTE Charitable Trust but do not wish to be a partner then donate here.
